The seven checks
- Your own email, no password. A Family seat only needs your Gmail address for the invitation. Never send a password, one-time code or recovery code.
- Who holds the subscription. Ask whether you join a group the seller manages or manage the group yourself, and whose account pays for Ultra.
- What is shared. Credits and 30 TB belong to the whole Family; “25,000 credits” per person on a shared seat is not how Google Family works.
- Written warranty. The term covered, what is excluded and how refunds are calculated should be written per plan before you pay.
- Eligibility first. Your Gmail’s age, Google One, YouTube Premium history and Family switching limit decide whether it can be upgraded; this should be checked before payment, not after.
- Price for the full term. Make sure the quoted price is for the whole term and that the payment details come from the channel that confirmed your order.
- Activation and the joining window. Know how long activation takes and how long you have to accept the invitation.
Which promises should make you stop?
- Zero-credit video promised on a shared Family seat, or “unlimited” without refill terms. The Personal Ultra 20x 12-month plan (17,000,000 VND, ≈ $658.9) separately includes Veo 3.1 Lower Priority without spending credits.
- A request for your password or recovery codes for a shared Family seat.
- No written warranty, or a refund policy that is not tied to the unused time.
- Pressure to pay before your email has been checked.
How ChugAx answers these checks
The shop only asks for your Gmail address and never for passwords or codes. Member seats join a Family the shop manages; Full Family lets you manage five members while the shop’s subscription account keeps the sixth place. The 25,000 monthly credits and 30 TB are shared by the Family. The warranty is written per plan and refunds follow unused time. The Telegram bot checks eligibility and confirms the full-term price and payment method before you pay; activation takes 1–3 days, and on Family member seat plans you join or report a problem within 24 hours of “Done”.
