Which terms exist?
Family member: 1, 3 or 6 months. Full Family: 3, 6 or 12 months. The Personal Ultra 20x 12-month plan (17,000,000 VND, ≈ $658.9) is a single-account subscription with 25,000 monthly credits and 30 TB that are yours, shareable with up to 5 more people. The 750,000-credit, 100,000-credit and Unlimited Credit plans last one month only. 100,000-credit plan: Credits are a pool shared by the whole shop-managed Family, delivered in 25,000-credit batches; the shop refills each batch when it runs out, up to 100,000 credits. The plan ends after 1 month or when all 100,000 credits are used, whichever comes first.
Is a long term worth the risk?
- The warranty on 25,000-credit plans covers Ultra access for the whole purchased term, with start and end dates in the order; refunds, when the shop cannot restore access, follow the unused time.
- You pay more up front. Check your Gmail’s eligibility first: an ineligible address may not be upgraded and is not covered.
- Full Family keeps its three exclusions for the whole term, so the manager must keep the shop’s account in the Family and the manager email accessible.
- If you are not sure you will use Ultra for months, a one-month seat costs more per month but commits less.
