What spends credits
Each generation or edit in Flow uses credits according to the model and feature, for both Veo 3 and Gemini Omni Flash. Personal Ultra 20x · 12 months includes zero-credit Veo 3.1 Lower Priority. “Unlimited Credit” means unlimited refills, not free generations. Google and Flow keep their own limits on top of the credit count.
Who shares the pool
A Family holds at most five user members plus the account that holds the subscription, so up to five customers share one pool on shop-managed groups. On Full Family plans you choose the four people who share it with you. Family plans show one shared balance; the Personal Ultra 20x 12-month plan (17,000,000 VND, ≈ $658.9) has 25,000 monthly credits and 30 TB, shareable with up to 5 more people in your family group.
Refill hours and timing
Refills and 100,000-credit batches are handled between 10:00 and 21:00 Vietnam time (GMT+7). Tell the bot when the pool runs out; consecutive refills are 2–3 hours apart, so this is not an instant 24/7 service. The 1–3 day activation time applies to new orders, not to refills.
Tracking the 100,000-credit plan
Because batches are 25,000 credits, the Family may show fewer than 100,000 at any time. Credits are a pool shared by the whole shop-managed Family, delivered in 25,000-credit batches; the shop refills each batch when it runs out, up to 100,000 credits. The plan ends after 1 month or when all 100,000 credits are used, whichever comes first. The shop tracks credits used from when the bot says “Done”; ask the bot for the usage total.
