Does each team member need an account?
Yes. Each person uses one private account. Several people on one account can trigger Google verification and violates the account rules. The listed price is already the reseller price: it is flat per account, with no additional volume discount on the site.
How do we order several accounts?
Use @chugax_bot in Vietnam for VND or @chugax_gl_bot internationally for USDT through Binance or TRC20/BEP20; customers in Uzbekistan can use TON. What happens if an account has a fault?
If access or Pro+ is lost, or unused CU are lost through no fault of the user, report within 24 hours with the account email, a screenshot and the time. The refund is price × remaining days ÷ days in the month; the report day counts as unused, and payment is made within three business days after confirmation. Example: 390,000 × 20 ÷ 30 = 260,000 VND for a fault reported on day 11 of a 30-day month. You can instead take a replacement account, with the refund credited against its price. Month-end revocation, used CU or days, account data and rule violations are not covered; liability is capped at the amount paid for that account that month.
What rules must the team follow?
- Change the password on receipt and enable 2-step verification.
- Limit sign-ins from many IPs, devices or locations.
- Do not share or resell the account; one user per account.
- Do not change other account details or connect third-party services.
- Do not mine cryptocurrency, run bots or scripts, scan infrastructure or break Google Colab policies.
- Back up notebooks, checkpoints and data to personal Google Drive or an own machine, especially in the last three days; the account is revoked at month end and data is not retained.
Why not share one account?
One account is for one user. Multiple people signing in can trigger Google verification and breaks the rules. Google also prohibits using multiple accounts to work around resource restrictions, so each account must support its assigned user’s legitimate work.
